All visitors to the My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) website are bound by the terms and conditions stated below which we have the right to modify at any time. My Daily Discounts (Owners; Unity Group Pty Ltd ) urges users to read these terms carefully. When registering with the My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) website, accessing or navigating the site (including the blog site) you will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions of this website.


Your privacy whilst navigating our site is of the utmost important to us. My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) does not share or sell customer information to third parties or use personal information for any reason other than its intended use.

  • Personal information will be collected to assist in providing you with relevant customer information, i.e. notification of products, promotional material and newsletters.
  • As requested by law, you may ‘opt-out’ from receiving promotional material from My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of sent material. Alternatively, if you wish your details to not be used for any marketing purposes at all you can contact our head office directly at info@mydailydiscounts.com.au
  • If we have collected private information from you it cannot be seen or modified by other sources.
  • Any private information collected that is no longer needed will be deleted.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license or exploit this site in any conceivable way unless you have written permission from My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) to do so. Use of all materials and content is prohibited.


All orders made through My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) are subject to availability. Items placed into your shopping cart are not held in reserve and may be purchased by other customers. If stock is unavailable, you will be notified within 48 hours of your purchase. In these circumstances, My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) may contact you directly by email or phone to refund your purchase on your credit/debit card.


For all orders over $100, delivery is free of charge for Australian addresses. For Australian Capital Cities and Metro areas delivery can be expected within three to five working days after product dispatch and up to ten days after product dispatch for remote and rural areas. At peak times there may be delivery delays and customers will be notified accordingly. Australia Post or alternate carrier Tracking details will be provided and noted on your receipt where applicable.

My Daily Discounts. (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) is unable to assume responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for and will not offer any compensation for lost parcels but will offer all reasonable support in locating missing parcels. My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge redelivery fees where the parcel has been returned as no one has been available to sign for the delivery.


If you wish to return your order you must request a Returns Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of tax invoice.  My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) is not responsible for the freight cost of returning products to our warehouse for international returns. Once an RA number has been issued goods must be returned within 7 days. If the customer deems goods faulty, My Daily Discounts (Owners: Unity Group Pty Ltd) will assess the goods and issue a refund/replacement/repair accordingly. Items that are damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered faulty and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers must retain their receipt number for proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be given on earrings.
  • Any product returned smelling of perfume, deodorants etc. will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
  • No refunds will be given if tags have been removed from products or products appear to be worn, washed, spoilt or damaged.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original payment method.
  • Refunds to a credit card may take up to 10 days depending on your financial institution.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.

Strike Through Pricing Policy

As per the ACCC guidelines; the strike through price on the My Daily Discounts website is a price comparison with a competitor’s price for identical or similar good/s available in Australia whether online or retail store.
